Dear.....
For my media AS coursework we have been asked to recreate the ring trailer..It will be only used for my blog and the purpose of my coursework and overall grade also a screening will be set up when the trailer is complete for family and teachers to watch including yourselves, this letter is to ask your permission to use the filming of you and others to include in the trailer and to post on to the blog and show the trailer to others.I need you to sign the letter of acceptance in order for us to use the filming, otherwise I will breach the rules.
